Does the "New World Order" exist?

Kind of hard to believe it doesn't when powerful, super-rich people keep making reference to it. Funny how people are mocked for suggesting it even exists, all while the people who are behind it are promoting it and talking about it right out in the open. How can it be a delusional fantasy in the mind of some crackpot conspiracy theorist and a known and admitted fact at the same time? When Bush Sr. mentioned the New World Order, was he not actually referring to the New World Order? Or do the elites have a soft and fuzzy New World Order in mind, and their image is being tainted by conspiracy theorists who falsely believe the New World Order to be a bad thing? I know one thing for a fact: denying that it exists while the people who have the money and power to put it into place discuss their plans to do so in an open and public way is beyond denial; it is much closer to Orwellian doublethink.
